When LMA was being founded, we thought deeply about what moved us, what motivated us and how we were going to make an impact. Being a minority female-led business added a layer of accountability, as we strongly believe in lifting up other women through mentoring and collaboration.

Now, that our team has grown and our clients have diversified, we decided it was time to select a new logo that symbolized our passion as entrepreneurs.

In today’s society, women leaders find themselves constantly overcoming a diversity of obstacles, but the distinguishing power of women that are able to achieve exemplary positions comes from within and can be cultivated.

Their stunning and energetic performance embraced who they are as women leaders in the entertainment field. From that moment forward, not even a worldwide pandemic has been able to stop the array of women leaders that are stepping up to the plate and igniting change all over the world.

Stress is not new to anyone, but a challenging 2020 has exacerbated anxiety levels and hindered our ability to manage stress. Thankfully, no matter how crazy things get around us, we always have a choice on how to respond, rather than react to life’s demands and challenges, and can learn how to properly cope with and manage stress.
